The California State "Best of the West " Championship is just a couple of weeks away! The championship round will be held with WERA at Las Vegas Classic course, November 3-4, 2012. Two days of sprint racing action, and when the dust settles, the champions will be crowned. In addition to the 13 individual class champions, there will be an Overall Heavyweight, Middleweight, Lightweight, and Sidecar Champion crowned.

Also new for 2012, Best of the West Top Novice. Novices competing in the novice wave of the classes listed on the CSC classes page can accumulate points over the double header weekend (top two finishes per day will be counted). License fees are $40 for Experts, $30 for Novices. The "Best of the West" championship is open to any racer 14 years or older with a valid race license from ANY race organization in 2012. Experts can compete for the overall and individual class championships. Novices will be competing for Top Novice.
